Poke　around　the　parts　and　you‘ll　find　things　you　won’t　even　find　on　some　high-price　sports　jobs.

Like　an　air　cooler.

Or　a　carburetor　de-icer.

Or　a　sealed　bottom.

Or　the　only　four-wheel　independent　torsion　bar　suspension　system　on　the　sedan.

How　do　all　those　plums　get　thrown　in　for　the　price?

By　spending　time　on　changes　to　make　the　car　work　better.　Not　look　different.

And　the　money　that‘s　saved　by　not　retooling　for　new　styles　gets　poured　right　back　into　the　car.(into　a　fourth　coat　of　paint,　for　instance.　For　a　finish　you　don’t　look　at,　so　much　as　into.)
